关于商业移民的重要通知

澳大利亚移民局（DIAC）已经表明从今年7月1日起，商业移民临居签证将会加入技术选拔系统中（Skills Select Model）. 

为了配合联邦政府这一政策，维省政府对于商业移民临居签证的州政府担保部分做了以下准备：

•    州政府将不接受2012年5月28日之后商业移民临居签证的担保申请，其中包括以下签证的担保申请：企业主移民163类别，企业高级管理人员164类别及投资商165类别；同时

• 此几类签证州担保的有效期最长只到2012年6月30日，所有签证申请必须在此有效期之前递交，逾期无效。

PROVISIONAL  BUSINESS VISAS
STATE SPONSORSHIP PROCESSING

The Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) has indicated that effective from 1 July 2012, they will incorporate provisional business skills visas into their Skills Select model.

 In order to prepare for this change the Victorian Government will:

·        be unable to accept  sponsorship applications  received after  Monday 28 May  2012 for visa sub-classes: Business Owner (Provisional) #163, Senior Executive (Provisional) #164 and Investor (Provisional) #165; and

·        issue a maximum validity date of 30 June 2012 for sponsorships relating to the above visa sub-classes.
